What is your estimated wait-time for a service call?
Typically, we are able to complete service calls within our primary service area the same day as your request. However, service may be delayed depending on weather, amount of calls received, etc. For an up-to-date timeframe, please call our office at 701-223-7664 or book an appointment online.
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes! We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all new garage door and opener installations or replacements. Your detailed estimate will include a clear breakdown of costs and different product options for you to compare.
I received my estimate, now what?
Once you receive your estimate, you can contact your salesperson to approve or make changes. Upon approval, we will need a signed copy of the estimate returned by the “valid until” date listed AND a down payment of 50%. Your order will not be placed until both are received.
Can you bill my home insurance?
We cannot bill your insurance, but we will provide all the documentation that you need to file for reimbursement.
